I have been a little slack with our updates, sorry for not getting this up sooner. Anyway! NTF defeats Festergut for the first time. Woohoo!

Kill one boss, kill another free!

We took out two new bosses in one night tonight. We managed to one-shot the Gunship battle, and then after a lot of hard work we managed to defeat the last boss of the first wing 'Deathbringer Surfang'. A thankyou also to Valkitth the hunter, an rare breed of a polite and patient PUG. To boot, they even did decent dps! Who would'f thunk it?

Errm, well yes. Although I don't have the screenshot to prove it the NTF indeed /has/ killed off Lady Deathwhisper. I'm writing this entry at Sydney airport on my laptop, which doesn't contain the screenshot of our guild crushing her on our third attempt. After a two week break from raiding, things are more-or-less back to normal, we shook of the rust and took down 1 new boss before running out of time to take down the Gunship Fight (Thanks to a certain trash trap spawning while we were fighting adds in Marrowgar's area delying us by half an hour).

Congrats go out to Hecktic, our new Shadow Priest for a shiney new belt, and grats the bank for another Abyss Crystal, as we no longer have a Holy Paladan! For all the Holy Pallys out there - we are currently being forced to disenchant your loot! This crime will continue to go unpunished until you join our guild and claim what is rightfully yours!

Not the Face has successfully defeated the first boss of Ice Crown Citidal.

We're currently on holidays until the 6th of Jan, when raiding continues again. Until then, the Lich King's lackys may breath a temperary sigh of relief.

Introduction

Welcome to the new face of Not the Face!

With the help of some pre-made templates by http://www.designefx.net/ and graphics I have put together, a new website and new home has been built for our website! I hope you like it, I didn't intend to spend a long time putting this together as it could end up being a full time job. We actually had our 1 year anniversary a couple of months ago, but it would have been missed as there was confusion over the exact date as to when we officially became a guild.

So yeah, anyway, it's going to take me a little bit of time to convert all the content over to the new design. But it'll happen - Eventually!

XT Hardmode Video

Not the Face revisit XT for some hardcore hardmode raiding. After only a few wipes we were able to down him like pros, no deaths - made it look easy.

It’s A TRAP!!!!

Admiral Ackbar! We should have listened! We should have known it wasn’t real! The Lich King he… He got all chummy with us only to get a fast one on us, sending our warriors plummeting into the underground where his pet, Anub-Arak, was waiting for us. How many times do we have to kill this guy? I mean really, this will be his third death. Let it go Princy boy, nothing’s going to bring Lassy back, she’s gone now.

Bros before Hoes

In a shocking turn of events, the Lich King and the raiders of the NTF became BFFs (best friends forever) as the Lich King came out not shouting curses, threats and an unending army of tireless undead; but a picnic basket, and some nice gifts in an effort to clear up this whole misunderstanding with the Alliance. Though a little bashful at first, the Lich King with us in a photo so that we could always remember the fun times we had and the most important thing of all: 'Bros before Hoes'

NTF Do Twins

Twin Bosses that is. We finally got our groove back and took out the Faction Champions. Unfortunately, due to Fug's boiling rage, he bashed up their faces so much when we defeated them that there was nothing to take picture of. So, you're just going to have to believe us this time, we have a photo of us taking out the Twin Val'kyr!

The 10 man team that challenged Jaraxxus to the bloody death took on his Mistresses of Pain, avoided his deadly Volcanoes and dominated his silly Infernals. They destroyed him in one shot. Pfft, bring on some real challengers!
